12 large pasta shells

300g cooked chicken breast, shredded

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup grated mozzarella cheese, plus extra for topping

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

    Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool.

      In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

        Take each pasta shell and fill it generously with the chicken and cheese mixture.

          Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.

            Arrange the stuffed shells in the baking dish, seam side up. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the filled shells, ensuring they are well coated.

              Sprinkle additional mozzarella cheese on top of the filled shells.

                Cover the dish with aluminum foil and place it in the oven. Bake for 25 minutes.

                  After 25 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

                    Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
