Zutaten
  

1 pound ground beef

1/2 cup yellow onion, finely chopped

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1/4 cup dill pickles, finely chopped

1 tablespoon mustard

1 tablespoon ketchup

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

12 egg roll wrappers

Oil for frying

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it apart with a spatula until browned. Drain excess fat.

    Add the finely chopped onion to the skillet, and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

      Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped pickles, mustard, ketchup, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.

        Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner pointing towards you. Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of the cheeseburger filling onto the center of the wrapper.

          Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll up tightly to enclose the filling. Seal the edges with a little water.

            Heat oil in a large pot or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C). Fry the egg rolls in batches until they are golden brown and crisp, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

              Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces such as ketchup or a creamy ranch dressing.
