1 pound ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup diced onions

1/2 cup diced pickles

1 tablespoon ketchup

1 tablespoon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste

12 egg roll wrappers

Oil for frying

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.

    Add the diced onions and cook until they become translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

      Stir in the ketchup, mustard, diced pickles, salt, and pepper, mixing well. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.

        Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface, with one corner facing you. Place about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of the wrapper.

          Top it with a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese.

            Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold the sides in, and roll up tightly to seal. Use a little water on the edges to help seal the egg roll.

              Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.

                Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the egg rolls in batches until they are golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
