2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

Olive oil for brushing

Optional: salsa or hot sauce for serving

In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, dried Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

    Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface. Place a handful of fresh spinach leaves on each tortilla.

      Spoon an equal portion of the cheesy chicken mixture onto each tortilla, spreading it evenly over the spinach.

        Starting from one edge, roll the tortilla tightly to enclose the filling. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.

          Preheat a large skillet over medium heat. Brush the outside of each wrap lightly with olive oil.

            Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.

              Remove the wraps from the skillet and let cool for a minute before slicing them in half.
