4 large flour tortillas

8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

1/4 cup granulated sugar

2 tablespoons butter, melted

Optional: Fresh fruit (like strawberries or blueberries) for garnish

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat with a hand mixer until the mixture is creamy and smooth.

    In a separate small bowl, mix the ground cinnamon and granulated sugar together.

      Lay out one flour tortilla on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla, reaching the edges.

        Sprinkle a tablespoon of the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly on top of the cream cheese layer.

          Carefully roll up the tortilla, starting from one edge and rolling tightly to maintain the filling. Repeat this process for the remaining tortillas.

            Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

              Brush the rolled tortillas with the melted butter and sprinkle the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture over each roll.

                Place the roll-ups seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

                  Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden and warm.

                    Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before slicing them into bite-sized pieces.
