Prepare the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap. Use a meat mallet to gently pound them to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch. This ensures even cooking.

Set Up Breading Stations: In one shallow dish, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. In a second dish, add the beaten eggs. In a third dish, place the breadcrumbs.

Bread the Chicken: Dredge each chicken breast in the flour mixture, making sure to coat both sides thoroughly. Dip it into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off, and then finally coat with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

Fry the Cutlets: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the breaded chicken cutlets in batches (don’t overcrowd the pan) and fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Make the Hot Honey Sauce: In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the honey, chili flakes, and apple cider vinegar. Heat until the mixture is warm and well combined but not boiling.

Serve: Drizzle the hot honey sauce over the crispy chicken cutlets, ensuring they are well coated. Garnish with chopped parsley for a fresh touch.
