200 g Butterfinger candy bars, crushed

100 g cream cheese, softened

100 g powdered sugar

1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup crushed pretzels

200 g milk chocolate chips or melting chocolate

1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother chocolate)

In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed Butterfinger bars and softened cream cheese. Mix until well combined and smooth.

    Gradually add the powdered sugar to the mixture, stirring until fully incorporated.

      Add in half of the caramel sauce and crushed pretzels, mixing them into the Butterfinger mixture until evenly distributed.

        Using your hands, form small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) out of the mixture and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

          Once all the truffles are formed, set the baking sheet in the freezer for about 30 minutes or until firm.

            While the truffles are chilling, melt the milk chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.

              Remove the truffles from the freezer. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, using a fork to help cover it completely. Let any excess chocolate drip off.

                Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce over the coated truffles and sprinkle additional crushed pretzels on top for added crunch.

                  Return the truffles to the parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate is set, about 15-20 minutes.
