Zutaten

1 pound ground beef (or turkey)

1 packet taco seasoning

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup sliced green onions

1 package mini wonton wrappers

Cooking spray

Optional: Salsa and sour cream for serving

Anleitungen

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef (or turkey) until browned. Drain excess fat and add the taco seasoning, following package instructions. Stir until the meat is well coated and heated through.

In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, black beans, diced tomatoes, and sliced green onions. Mix until well combined.

Take a wonton wrapper and gently press it into each muffin tin cup to form a shell. Fill each wonton shell with a spoonful of the creamy ranch mixture followed by a spoonful of the seasoned meat mixture.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the wonton edges are golden and crispy.

Remove the taco bites from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before carefully removing them from the muffin tin.
